Sherrii Webb is a Leadership & Communication Strategist with more than 25 years of experience partnering with senior leaders to successfully lead enterprise communications, crisis response, and change management inside mission‑driven and Fortune 100 organizations including TIAA, Wells Fargo, Ally Financial, Bank of America and Ahold Delhaize.

She helps leaders communicate with clarity, confidence, and strategic impact - especially during pivotal moments of change and high‑stakes decision‑making. Her work spans executive communication strategy, strategic partnerships, community engagement, and leadership development.

For more than 15 years, Sherrii has also taught foundational financial literacy in both secular and faith‑based settings. She is a Silver Star, Life Member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®. She holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Change and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications.
