Intro to ChatGPT
A hands-on introduction for anyone who has heard about ChatGPT but hasn’t used it with confidence yet. You’ll leave knowing how to write a clear prompt, use it for everyday tasks like emails, meeting notes, and first drafts, and recognize when its output needs a second look.

Intro to Claude
A parallel introduction to Claude for people who want a second option or prefer a tool built with a stronger emphasis on careful, well-reasoned writing. Covers account setup, prompting basics, and where Claude tends to be the better fit compared to other AI tools.

AI for Small Businesses
A broader session for owners and teams ready to move past one-off experimenting. We identify the two or three places AI can realistically save your business time right now (marketing copy, customer replies, scheduling, basic organization), and build simple guidelines your team can follow so AI use stays consistent and safe.

From Brain Dump to Action Plan
Sometimes a to-do list is hard to start because every item looks big or there are too many subtasks. In this session, you’ll learn how to turn that to-do list into your personal dashboard and break big tasks into daily steps so you can get things done - hopefully with less overwhelm!
You’ll leave with a dashboard and a daily action plan that you can access from your computer and your cell phone so you can update your list wherever you are.
